Mick McCormick

Mick was born and raised in Zimbabwe. After leaving school he studied teaching and taught primary school for three years.

He moved to Johannesburg in 1975 and served as the National Sales Manager for a highly successful business equipment company for eleven years. During this time, he spent twelve weeks in the United States on intensive Sales and Sales Management courses and decided to open McMcormick Institute of Training in 1986.

Mick has conducted over 4 500 Leadership, Sales, and Customer Experience Workshops with a total of more than 60 000 delegates.

Mick has a real passion for people and thrives on seeing his principles being developed through people.

Chris has a Sales & Marketing Career that spans 9 years. As a Sales & Marketing specialist he has operated as a Consultant, Coach, Facilitator and Market Researcher as well as having managed a Sales Team with an annual Turnover of R350m. 

Having run over 150 workshops and developed over 1500 sales professionals he continues to work with Sales & Marketing teams to create momentum in their sales environment and enables them to accelerate their results consistently

Mojaki Finger

Mojaki Finger is a seasoned professional who is able to develop immense passion for any work he gets himself involved in. Before establishing himself as an entrepreneur in 2017, Mojaki spent 13 years at Bidvest being a commercial director of BidOffice/ BidvestPaperPlus/ Bidvest Office and Print. Before that Mojaki gained experience in contracts management at State IT Agency ( SITA); Sales Management at Nedbank and Business development at Alexander Forbes/NBC.

Mojaki holds a degree in Bachelor of Arts in Education ( Wits University), Higher Development in Development Planning ( Wits University); Masters in Business Administration ( DeMontfort University). In addition, Mojaki was a candidate in the first ever Bidvest Executive Development programme in 2013.
