Selling professionalism is the life’s work of Mick McCormick. He has good claim to be South Africa’s most experienced motivator of sales success and sales-led strategic growth. His career as trainer, educator and motivator goes back decades, in which time he has led thousands of leadership, sales and customer experience workshops, reaching well over 60 000 delegates

Annabelle Johnson

Annabelle has been in the Sales and Leadership space for 28 years and has extensive experience in running her own business and working in corporate environments. She has motivated and empowered large sales forces and management teams, focusing on sales excellence and leadership skills development. She has developed key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans and ensured the successful execution of these strategies required to achieve financial targets.

Ryan Bidgood

Ryan and Mick began developing the framework to expand McCormick Inst. Of Training. His vision is to bring together the brightest, most dynamic and motivated individuals into the MIT network of partners who will continue grow and develop the wonderful material and reputation that Mick has developed over the past 33 years

Jessica Kinnear

Jessica is our life coach, with a qualification is Personality Profiling. Her main goal and focus is to find out where each of her client’s individual needs lie and how to unlock their full potential, so they can improve their personal and professional lifestyles tremendously. She also provides her clients with the necessary tools and skills to overcome any challenge that comes their way through a complete mindset shift, as well as new behavioural patterns.
Life Coach

Nick Denoon-Stevens

He runs predominantly sales and management development workshops. He helps sales teams understand the numbers in selling; helps create a greater level of business acumen in companies; and assists people to communicate better and handle the conflict situations they find themselves in. His business and financial acumen simulations also develop critical thinking, business decision-making, basic accounting and operations management.

Nicholas Krul

Nicholas Krul is our in-house LinkedIn expert. His mission is to help individuals use LinkedIn more effectively for personal, professional and business benefit. Nicholas has worked in sales and marketing roles for most of his varied career, and he now focuses on sharing his knowledge and skills with others, by delivering training workshops and programs to individuals and teams.
